Overview of train-path capacities DB Netz AG makes available for international transport.
As a founding member of RNE, DB Netz AG is striving, in collaboration with now over 30 European rail infrastructure managers, to simplify access to international train paths by means of transparent information and harmonised processes.
On the basis of Section 14 (2) of the General Railway Act (AEG), access to the rail infrastructure of DB Netz AG is open to railway undertakings (RUs) from EU Member States wishing to operate freight transport and international passenger transport.
DB Netz AG’s One-Stop Shop (OSS) provides customers with advice on international rail transport, decides in cooperation with the customer on the appropriate international train-path offer and undertakes international coordination.
